By accessing https://subrata.fedardokan.com, commissioning graphic design or brand visualization services, or purchasing digital products through our online checkout (/checkout/), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Replacement Policy.

• Scope & Turnaround: Each commission begins with a written brief confirming deliverables, target formats (e.g., 300 DPI CMYK print-ready PDFs or 1:1 pixel-mapped RGB LED billboard exports), timeline, and fee structure. Focused single-deliverable projects (such as outdoor billboard creatives or social media ad suites) are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, while comprehensive brand identity and packaging systems require 1 to 3 weeks.
• Milestone Payments & Invoicing: International clients (UK, EU, US, UAE, and worldwide) are invoiced with transparent milestone payments via Wise, Direct International Bank Wire (SWIFT), or Payoneer. Local Bangladeshi clients may also settle invoices via bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad.
• Revisions: Agreed revision rounds are included in the project proposal to ensure the final visual execution aligns with your commercial objectives.

Client Commission IP Ownership: Upon final project settlement, 100% full commercial copyright and intellectual property ownership transfers directly to the client. Every completed commission includes a structured archive of unflattened, fully editable master source files:

• Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Photoshop (.PSD), and InDesign (.INDD) working files
• Scalable vector master assets (.EPS, .SVG)
• Press-ready CMYK PDFs with crop/bleed marks and color-calibrated RGB digital exports (.PNG, .WEBP)
• Comprehensive Brand Style Guidelines where part of the agreed scope

Portfolio Display Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to or during the engagement, Subrata Mohajan retains the right to showcase completed public-facing work and design process breakdowns in his portfolio and professional case studies.

Website Source Code & Brand Assets: All source code, custom UI components, copywriting, and proprietary design systems on subrata.fedardokan.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Subrata Mohajan and may not be scraped, cloned, or redistributed without written permission.

Our Digital Products store (/digital-products/) provides digital access, invitation links, and redeem codes for software plans including Google AI Pro (Gemini Advanced + 2TB Cloud Storage), Adobe Express Premium, Duolingo Super, and Lovable Pro.

• 100% Digital Delivery: No physical items are shipped. Upon submitting a valid order and verified payment Transaction ID (TrxID) at /checkout/, activation links, invitation links, or redeem codes are delivered digitally via our instant on-screen order tracker, email, or WhatsApp within the stated delivery window (instant for automated stock, or within 5–30 minutes after payment verification).
• No Password Requirement for Personal Email Invites: For products activated via official family/team invitation or redeem link on your personal account, we never ask for your Google or personal email password.
• Accurate Checkout Details: Buyers are responsible for entering a valid email address, active WhatsApp/phone number, and genuine bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Bank Transaction ID (TrxID). Submitting fabricated, altered, or duplicate Transaction IDs results in automatic order rejection.
• Permitted Account Usage: Purchased subscriptions and activation links are intended for the buyer’s personal or authorized individual use during the stated validity period and must abide by the respective software platform’s acceptable use policies.

All digital subscriptions sold on subrata.fedardokan.com are backed by our replacement warranty and refund guarantee detailed in our Refund & Replacement Policy. In no event shall Subrata Mohajan’s total liability for any digital product order exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order, or for any design commission exceed the total fees paid under the relevant project invoice.
